 $75 prix-fixe meal is required for groups of 8 or more, berkshire pork & chive potstickers house-made chili crisp, sweet soy endive salad dragonfruit, cara cara, crystallized pistachios, pecorino salt & pepper chicken w/ scallion biscuits pickled jalapeno, chili-plum jam, choice of, xo fried rice house xo sauce, shrimp, lop churng, summer corn or oyster mushroom rice roll noodles w/ hangar steak asparagus, garlic chives, choice of 2 proteins, tiger shrimp w/ candied walnuts calabrian chili aioli, hot honey, romanesco cauliflower crispy drunken chicken w/ shrimp chips ginger scallion, fried shallots, cilantro braised short ribs w/ creamer potatoes & carrots, +$8 pp for addt’l protein, choice of 1 side, snow pea shoots (dou miu) garlic confit, oyster sauce spicy eggplant doubanjiang, fried shallots, cilantro, +$5 pp for addt’l side, dishes are meant to be shared (family style)
